Studies on the Ingredients

Resveratrol is a natural substance, which is a Polyphenol that contains Anti-Oxidants. It is found in grapes, grape juice, red wine and some kinds of fruit berries, such as blueberries and cranberries. Peanuts and cocoa also contain some amounts of Resveratrol.

It has been shown in research studies to reduce fasting Glucose ( Sugar ) levels, as well as Serum Lipids ( Cholesterol ). At the same time,  other research has discovered that Resveratrol can help reduce the condition in the body that is known as INSULIN RESISTANCE, in people who have Diabetes Type 2. Moreover, because of its AntiOxidants, this ingredient may also help improve Cardiovascular health in people with Diabetes.

Finally, Resveratrol is known to have Anti-Inflammatory properties and helps to protect damage to tissues and cells that are caused by Free Radicals. Some new research has studied the effects of Resveratrol on hardening of arteries in Diabetics. It is also believed to help lower blood pressure, which is a symptom that patients with Diabetes can suffer from. It also protects the brain ( and thus works against Alzheimer's Disease and similar ). And then it may also help to relieve joint pain.
